Centre for technology transfer and development of innovative competence (CTTDIC)
Aim of the project:
- Priority development of research complex of the university as a basis of its innovative and educational activity;
- Educating high-skill experts, competitive at Ukrainian labour market;
- High-quality service in lifelong professional education on the basis of new informational and educational technologies;
- Continuing education for research and teaching staff with purpose to provide human resources for innovative development of the university;
- Harmonious breeding of student’s personality on the basis of principles of forming of mental and ethical norms, high professionalism and development of creative abilities.
CTTDIC operates mostly at interfaculty level and becomes a part of existing KNUTD innovative infrastructure.
Educational functions of CTTDIC belong to Institute of Continuing Education in KNUTD. Innovative and marketing activity is carried out by subdivisions of Innovative Technological Centre of KNUTD (it is necessary to create students’ business incubator).
Students’ Business Incubator will play the role of a platform for approbation of organisational and legal, economical, financial and other mechanisms for development of innovative activity in the university and show CTTDIC activity results.
Main tasks of CTTDIC are:
- to create favourable conditions for commercialization of students’, PhD-students’ and young scientists’ research developments;
- to give students and PhD-students extra possibilities to carry out research works directed at creation of produce and technology for science intensive business;
- to get involved students and PhD-students in innovative process of light industry development, creation, elaboration and realisation of science intensive produce and technology;
- to train students, PhD-students and young scientists of the university to manage small innovative enterprise (educational project),
Aim of educational part of the project is an elaboration of modern educational technologies and methodological support in innovative enterprise sphere on the basis of problem and project oriented studying. It provides getting involved students in processes of research and manufacturing activity of the university.
